Mack Alive's Resource Center has several empowerment programs and FREE services offered within our facility (donations are always welcome). However, there are times when we feel it necessary to reach out to our partner's and affiliates that can help in other areas. We have an amazing team of volunteers who donate their time to assist in the office; help distribute food boxes, clothing and so much more.

Steps to Life, Inc, is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that helps individuals take the necessary steps to life, toward building a better future. Listed below are some of the programs offered through STL:

Need help getting food or keeping a roof over your head? Connect with Wayne Metro Housing and Food Assistance program. Like Mack Alive, they too understand the challenges that our communities are facing due to the COVID 19 pandemic, so they have implemented a new program called "CARES Relief & Recovery Services." Through this program, residents of Wayne County may qualify for assistance in these areas:
- Food & Income Support
- Water & Energy Assistance
- Property Tax Assistance
- Emergency Plumbing Repair
- Children & Family Services
- Rent/Mortgage
